Blair Morrison
After becoming a first-time entrepreneur at a young age, Blair discovered her love for small businesses. She loves working with entrepreneurs to help take their business to the next level, increasing transparency and reducing financial stress.
Blair started her first business in 1998 designing and manufacturing jewelry for 11 years. After college, Blair spent a few years in New York working with Jefferies, an investment bank, to learn as much as she could about financial analysis and capital raising processes. She then spent a few years at Fisher Lynch Capital in San Francisco learning about and investing in Venture Capital Funds. Most recently, she worked for a Private Equity Fund in Austin, Texas that invests in small businesses. In this position she was an active board participant for several portfolio companies. She feels extremely lucky to live in her college town, Austin, Texas and to have the opportunity to do what she loves - help small business owners navigate often confusing financial waters.
Relief Financial Consulting is founded on the belief that knowledge can be empowering and that having as clear of a vision of your company’s financial present and future as you have for the vision of your overall business can reduce stress, clarify timing and objectives, and help you achieve your vision more quickly.
